This is a great opportunity to get connected with nonprofit organizations and the photo  industry professionals.  More importantly it is a great way to support the arts and help increase awareness about mental illness.  You will meet alot of wonderful people at this event. The competition is sponsored by “What Touched My Soul” organization.  What is nice about this competition is that you get to capture something that touches your soul.  It is a nice break from trying to capture someone else’s emotions and action.  This can be in any area of photography.  You have until September 18^th. Or you may have already taken that special photo.  If so you can submit your entry now.  It’s these types of competitions that are refreshing and inspiring adn helps to support a cause.   Other organizations have partnered up for this event- ROOMIES ARTSPACE, the Spirit of Soul Festival, Stills Gallery, Chauvel Cinema Gallery, Australian Center for Photography, and Sandy Prints.
